Raw Honey
The locations of our Sussex apiaries are carefully chosen to be good for bees and the wider environment. We have sites on large and small rewilding projects, ancient water meadows and farms engaged in conservation agriculture. We care for our bees using low intervention methods and they, in turn, play their part as pollinators on the important wildlife havens they inhabit. Our award-winning raw honey is cold filtered, so that all the goodness of the minerals and enzymes added by the bees stays in the product. We also harvest sustainably so that the bees have enough honey left to see them through winter.
